What is needed to try out or to do preseason workouts for Sports?

New Athletic Registration with concussion Ed

Preseason yellow day workouts will start on August 23rd, 2021 from 3:30pm to 5:30pm Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at the stadium.
These workouts are for athletes that are not participating in a fall school sport, please do not attend these workouts if you are participating in a fall school sport.

Athletes please fill out Indoor Track Contact Form 2021-2022 so that you and your parents will be added to the distribution list to receive important emails pertaining to the track & field program.

Athletes you must have all your forms completed and turned in before you can start workouts.

Please have a copy of your Emergency Care Form to hand to the coach on your first workout or practice.



Athletes, once you have completed the athletic's registration and forms above, please click on the quick link Registration to the left and fill out the team track documents and sign up on the Band site / app so you can receive team messages and updates from the coaches. The link to join the Band App athlete group will be posted here soon.  Parents we also have a Band group app for you too so that you can receive important updates and messages from the track staff. Please Parents only sign up on the Parent group on the Band app. The link to join the Band App will be posted here soon.  Also check the News link and all the quick links for important info relating to the Track & Field Team.

PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK THE NEWS AND REGISTRATION LINKS FOR NEW INFO AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TEAM.

Please, do not send your child to practice or workouts if:

  • He/she complains of not feeling well and/or has any of the following:
    • Feeling feverish and/or having chills (if documented temperature/fever of 100.4F or greater)
    • A new cough not due to another health condition
    • Fatigue (more tired than usual)
    • Nasal congestion or runny nose
    • Headache
    • A new sore throat not due to another health condition
    • New chills not due to another health condition
    • New muscle pain not due to another health condition or that may have been caused by a specific activity such as physical exercise
    • New loss of taste or smell, new onset of poor appetite or poor feeding Abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting
  • He/she has been exposed to an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19 or displays signs or symptoms associated with COVID-19
  • He/she has been tested for COVID-19 and is awaiting results OR another family residing in the same house has been tested and is awaiting results
