COME TO OUR WINTER CONDITIONING ANY TIME DURING WINTER CONDITIONING, BUT NO LATER THAN 2/14/25

Meet at the Erg Shed out the back door of the Field House by 3:15pm

SPRING (Regatta) SEASON

Water season begins at Sandy Run Regional Park in late February or early March depending on the weather.  Practice schedules may vary slightly from year to year, but typically fall within the following timeframe.  

Monday-Friday 4:00PM - 7:00PM
Rowers should attend all practices. ​

Regattas (races) are held the Saturday of each week beginning early April, begin early in the day and last most of the day.  Spring season ends in mid-May except for boats that qualify for SRAA Nationals or Youth National Championships.
