Summer 2025 Practice Information
All Fairfax High School students are eligible to attend Green and Yellow Days. Athletes must have a current VHSL physical dated May 1, 2025 or later and have registered through rSchool so we have current emergency care information. Please go to the Tryout Info and Forms tab to access these forms.
Athletes should dress in athletic attire and bring:
indoor and outdoor athletic shoes
32 oz + water
knee pads
any required medication (inhaler)
Green Days will be held in the auxiliary gym on Wednesdays and the field house on Fridays during the summer. Yellow Days will be held in the Auxiliary gym, outside on in the field or on the track, and in the weight room.
Please enter at door 21 (if arriving late and not in the band, please email prior to arrival). Please arrive 15 minutes early minimum before the start of the session.
Additionally, please have your students fill in their information for green/yellow days on the spreadsheet below in order for us to take accurate attendance.

Players must have a physical on file dated 5/1/25 or later, and register on rSchool so we have emergency care information. Additional information will be collected when attendance is checked. If players do NOT have a physical on file, they will be asked to leave until they have brought their physical.
July 16/18 - Green and Yellow Days
Yellow Day - WF, 2:00 - 4:00 pm (Weight Room/Aux Gym/Outdoors)
Green Day - WF, 4:00 - 6:00 pm (Aux Gym/Field House)
July 23/25 - Green and Yellow Days
Yellow Day - WF, 2:00 - 4:00 pm (Weight Room/Aux Gym/Outdoors)

July 30/August 1 - *Yellow Days ONLY*
