Baseball Program Policy and Tryout information
TRY-OUTS
- Each player will be given at least three (3) try-out days beginning February 24, 2025 If a player misses a scheduled day of try-outs, they will receive an additional day with a valid excuse. Each player will be evaluated by the following criteria: (6/S’s)
- "The Standard"
- Skill
- Speed
- Strength
- School
- Social
- Usually between 12 and 20 players will make the team on both levels. This will be determined by the number of participants and their abilities. Players will need a glove, tennis shoes, turf shoes or molded cleats, hat, baseball or sweat pants, sweatshirt or jacket. There will be a selection process to determine who participates at each level. Players will be placed on teams at the Head Coach’s discretion.
