Read through the power point on the last page both athlete and parent need to sign and date, then return it to the activities office.

You no longer will be able to do it online through the county.

The following forms are REQUIRED to tryout for the 2019 FHS Cheerleading Program: 
 
  • VHSL Physical (Must be completed after May 1st, 2019)
  • Emergency Care Form
  • Concussion Ed for Athlete & Parent 
  • New this year for concussion ed for Athlete’s and parent’s!

  • 2019 Cheer Tryout Application  


Tryout Dates/Times: August 5th (5:00-8:30PM), August 6th (5:00-8:30PM), August 7th (1:30-6PM)
** You must attend all three tryout days unless approved by coaches prior
** If you are turning in paperwork, please arrive between 4:00-4:30PM on Day 1 
** If you have all your paperwork turned in, please arrive by 4:30 to check-in, receive your tryout number, and roll out mats

Tryout Location: Meet by the Aux Gym. Enter through Door 1. 

Tryout Attire: Day 1 & 2 - Black Athletic Shorts, Plain White Tank/T-shirt - Full length, no midriff showing tops, cheerleading or athletic shoes. Hair should be all the way up. Long nails and jewelry are not permitted. Please bring running shoes, a water bottle, and any medical items you require (braces, inhalers, etc.) 

Tryout Attire: Day 3 - FHS Colors - Athletic Shorts and Tank/Shirt (Blue, White, Black, Gray) & Bow - Full length, no midriff showing tops, cheerleading or athletic shoes. Hair should be all the way up. Long nails and jewelry are not permitted. Please bring a water bottle and any medical items you require (braces, inhalers, etc.)

Only coaches and those who are trying out will be allowed in the gym during tryouts.
